Soul Wanderer Blog Post #9

This week we started with all of our sets blocked out and ready for cameras! Everyone was assigned to scenes but I was tasked to continue working on the Archivist sculpt, although if someone feels their workload is too much or something happens in their life that prohibits them from finishing their tasks I can step in and work on it! This week I really wanted to finish the archivist sculpt after feeling behind compared to other groups so I sat down with Flynn for a class and sculpted everything until we were both satisfied.

With that finally finished I continued my work towards a rig and decided to retopologize him. We gave everyone a stand in using the lowest subdivision in the meantime so I can work on the rig and model. I found this image online and made sure to get it approved by Paul before starting to retopologize the face.

In the weeks to come I hope to help where ever I am needed and if everything goes smoothly continue to work on archivist. I aim to help anyone working in Blender for the first time and make sure they have a smooth transition.
